Wow!  I'm sure this enlightning response helped old Mel with his grammar... but probably not with his question.  I'd be interested to know if eggplants are considered "in line" by the paleo-elite as well.  I can't imagine why sunflower seeds and pistachios wouldn't be OK.  Do they require any processing?
