this is unfortunately incorrect.  some us are here for that, while others
{Amadeus, Richard} are here to ignore basic truths. one is that there are
such entities as depot fat, subcutaneous fat, organ fat, and marrow which
provided a large source of calories for the paleo eater.  it's true that
animals are sometimes low in these things, in which case they starved, and
paleo man straved along with them. some may wish to follow this 'lean'
model.  each to their own.
