Have you measured your ketonesI I finally got past light pink into real
purple. I'm eating less protein and more fat, my actual daily calories
haven't gone up and probably fewer carbs. Bought a coconut tonight -- great
source of healthy fat and low in both carbs and protein ---tasty too -- gives
you something to chew.  Doesn't have the salt problem that macademias have
for some people. Also rediscovered braunsweiger (sp?) -- actually has more
fat to protein than pate.
