Fallon personally posted her tirade on Amazon directly (unwise legally I
would have thought) which I found very offensive- if she wants to have it on
her own site, that's her business.

Cordain's book has a few compromises that I personally don't agree with and
he has a few issue with some of my beliefs too! Time will sort that out. I
would only promote the eating of Paleo Fat- the fat on animals that have
been raised on pasture weeds and trees, not pellets in feed lots. Grain fed
meat is very unPaleo. I think canola oil is a furphy and I'm not keen on
flax seed oil except in the first 6 months when you're doing your "oil
change".
