Absolutely!  This is why the grass fed animals are advocated for consumption
in a paleo diet today.  I disagree with Cordain on soaking/marinating grass
fed meats in flax oil.  That would convert the oil to a transfat, would it
not?  I also disagree with him on Canola oil......    Oliva
