Hi Darcey ---

I often have eggs for breakfast, but on other days I might have:

an apple or pear with lots of almond butter; or

"paleo muesli": shredded coconut, chopped raw pistachio nuts and/or
Brazil nuts, mixed with chopped fresh or dried fruit (my favorite combo
this summer has been peaches and blueberries); or

a handful of nuts and dried fruit, which is a very fast, "running out
the door and eating while driving" sort of breakfast.

My other meals usually include fish or meat with lots of vegetables, and
my favorite "sweet treat" is a couple of organic dried apricots
(unsulphured) and some nuts.

Pat
