I do know some sufferers of psoriasis which respond to changes in diet,
although what kind of changes varies per person.  It usually seems to
be grains, but sometimes something else.  I imagine that psoriasis is
ultimately immune-system related, but have no proof. I wouldn't give up
so quickly, even based on studies, since the studies have no way of
analyzing the situation where each person responds uniquely.
