Again, I state 'in general'. Every source I've read
that references a protein ceiling also states how
difficult if would be to 'hit' or exceed that ceiling.
Even on an all meat diet. I realize Steffanson coined
the term to describe the ingestion of excessive
protein. However, it is also commonly used to describe
extreme fat-hunger. I wonder about the chicken-egg
implications of this.
