Jim, that argment doesn't work well a lot of times.  I know many people who
eat whole grains and lots of vegetables and feel great, look great, and seem
younger than most.  For me, grains destroy me if I eat more than just a
little.  But not for everyone.  And paleo folk did not avoid grains because
it made them sick, mainly because they couldn't get enough in to themselves
to do a lot of damage.
