I eat pork brains quite often since they are so delicious. Just precook or
steam it for a few minutes and that heat it with lard or butter and some
onions or other veggies. But brains go bad very rapidly so if they smell to
fishy just throw it away.

BTW this post with comments like "my grandmother eat it but I don't etc."
shows how far from eating food that is good for us we are at the moment.
It shows how important is to give children the rigt food otherwise they will
prefere all their lives skinless chicken breast over brains or liver.
