I noticed that you are is Australia and the web site you mention is in NZ.
Isn't the majority of the beef grassfed in these two countries?
A shop here in Toronto sells frozen steaks from AU and NZ and anytime I
serve them to the inlaws they complain that it tastes gamey and has yellow
fat. No one at the store can confirm if they are grassfed or not. Hear is
some info from the AU MLA website

it seems the percentage of 0m-6 in tallow is 2.7%, rather less than olive
[about 7%], and substantially less than flax [about 20%]. Perhaps this
reseach [5 minutes] was too onerous for cordain to undertake, but it does
seem to undermine his position a trifle.
