Hi list
I have a 14 yr. old daughter who is a serious pre-professional ballet
student-(3+/- hours a day, six days a week).
She has been doing semi paleo for a while now and wants to know if there is
any suggestions from the athaletes on this list. Specifically, advice on
avoiding "bulky muscles" and making sure her nutritional requirents are met.
