yes, I have tried the eating one food at a time technique, and found it to be beneficial, especially if I also acknowledge that from time to time paleo man might have had days on which he ate very little.

I also notice that if allowed to, children do this naturally, and if allowed to they will also naturally shift to another food at irregular intervals.
