Hello

when i was shopping in Fresh Fields the other day , I came across a bag
in the frozen section. Dinosaur shaped Chicken Bites! with a big "Gluten
Free" on it. I couldn't believe my eyes. I checked the label and was
dismayed that one of the ingredients was corn flakes, which contained
malt. I e-mailed the company and asked if the malt was from barley and if
so to please not label it GF. I received a reply a few days later. They
did check with the corn flake manufacturer, to be sure. The malt is not
from barley and so the product is GF. They also run the chicken bites
first, after a complete washdown of all equipment, to prevent cross
contamination in the plant. WOW! Now I am kind of scared to have my son
try it, because I have never found a malt that was GF before ( in 5 years
of this diet) or where the other companies just covering their you know
whats.

Has anyone tried Yorkshire Farms Dinosaur Shaped Chicken Bites?
You can find them at www.yorkshirefarms.com by the way.
