Not looking at the project leaves everyone making educated guess in the Dark
which I found to be the case in Stump the chumps
As the subject is concrete we do not know if it is lime concrete or portland
but
I have been successful with this method...
.after repairs clean with hot water ..let dry and clean again in one week
..hot water under 1200 psi
then apply with a brush a portland (or lime) and portland "wash" test for
color....and remember you are performing maintenance......Best Michael
