It should be noted that the photo was taken adjacent to the building that recently banned smoking for future tenants.

However, neither the (recently-promoted)Grand Wizard or Chancellor of the Exchequer, nor the lurking Raydome, were  involved in this restrictive action.  It was also pre-BP.
