I have a Dell computer, using Windows 2000, connected to DSL. The
problem is: While using the internet for surfing the web, the computer
suddenly downloads web pages at an extremely slow speed. I have gone to
Task Manager and found the CPU meter showing 60% to 100% in use,
however, nothing new is running. Recently a screen has been popping up
stating "physical memory dump". Any ideas on what could be using up all
of the CPU? Thank you in advance for any help you can offer.

John Janiga
