Hi all:
I recently installed a small hard drive (2.5 gig) in a Compaq Deskpro to be used for email and very light duties on the net, when I tried a reboot it gave me the error message "1782 disk controller failure" and it only goes thru its boot after it gives me a blue command button to press f1 to boot? not sure what I've done wrong I installed windows 98 and all went smoothly, any help would be apreciated.
