Hi,

3 suggestions: assuming exact same error message every time.

1) change the ram  - possibley a bad bit in a module  -

2) close down any autostart, in tray, or programs running in the
background, not necessary before using chat software.

3) uninstall the software you are using for the chat room, remove all temp
and internet files not needed (disk cleanup), run scandisk, run defrag,
reinstall the software for the chat room.
