It never ceases to amaze me how different we all are. I, for one, do *not*
relish the taste of fat. Even as a child (before the anti-fat campaigns) I
used to slice off the fatty parts of meat before devouring the rest. Eating
the fat actually made me gag.

The only fat I really like to eat by itself is plain old butter. There's
nothing better than shellfish slathered with butter.

As far as grass fed is concerned, I prefer it to grain fed. To me it has a
'gamier' taste - and it is leaner (not as much of that damn fat to contend
with :)
