I'm curious if those of you that are experimenting with higher fat, lower
protein doing so to lose body fat or just for general health reasons. Todd,
I thought that you had been experiencing success (at least in terms of weight
loss) with Cordain's lean meat approach -- why the switch? I'm asking
because I tried Cordain's plan for a bit and did lose some weight (primarily
I believe because I was eating less calories), however, my energy levels were
not terrific, and I simply did not feel satiated at all with lean meats.
This led me to overeat fruits. I am so sick and tired of losing and
regaining the same 20 or so pounds!

Adrienne
