Rick asks:  We hear that the beneficial fat profile is optimally obtained
from deeper, cold water species.  If we assume that the fish most available
to some paleo populations was freshwater and/or from shallow water (and I
know that is a proposition rather than a fact), does the profile differ that
much from wild mammals?
