Olive oil and coconut oil are poor sources the omega threes -- canola has
some, but the best sources are flax see, some green leafy things like arugula
and pursalane, walnuts, butter nuts and brazil nuts and of course the best
source is cold water fatty fish like salmon, sardines, etc. Stay away from
the farmed variety-- Alaskan salmon is great.
