You make some interesting points.  I have also read that it is the naturally
occurring growth factors/hormones in the milk protein that are not good for
humans because they can stimulate cancer growth.  There is an article on the
Atkins cite that mentions this.  Jane Plant, a scientist who survived breast
cancer, believes that dairy is a primary cause of breast and prostate cancer
and wrote a book about this.  There is a web site by a paleo med student
named Tamir Katz that also has interesting information regarding the alleged
hazards of milk.
