Thanks, Carla, but actually, it was the first time in a while that my joints
had ached from damp weather.  I've been on a strict diet that my doctor put me
on, and I've lost 10 pounds, which has made a huge difference in how much pain
I go through in an average day.  According to my doctor, even though I'm in a
wheelchair and don't walk about, I still was placing a lot of stress on my
hips just sitting with too much weight.

I also have more energy and am less fatigued as a whole. *grin*
