I saw my doc today, told him my lower back has new stuff going on and I think
We should get x-rays. He agreed. wrote an rx for x-rays.  He said I am not
having seizures, which is good. He said I'm dropping into what sounds like a
certain state of meditation.(he used to practice Zen meditation himself.)
