One connection is the Gottschall diet, which was mentioned on the list a
week or so ago. Elaine Gottschall's book _Breaking the Vicious Cycle,
Intestinal Health through Diet_ is a diet for Crohn's disease, ulcerative
colitis, diverticulitis, celiac disease, cystic fibrosis, and chronic
diarrhea. This diet is GF plus free of other grains and starches and a few
other things. Back on May 19th I posted some forwarded material that
described what the diet entailed. It can be retrieved by sending the
