Hello listmates,
Below is a relevant anecdote for fellow celiac sufferers. This fellow has seen great results using kefir as his probiotic therapy, not only in his celiac symptoms, but also in his need for acid suppression, which has been discussed recently on the list. He has specifically noticed that his results have been far superior to his friends' who have been trying pharmaceutical versions of probiotics, emphasizing once again that live probiotics appear to be the most effective.
Good luck!
Hilary

Hi fellow friends in kefir,

I forward this email I received from a Charlie. He wants others who may
be suffering from similar condition to know about the benefits he found
in just a short while post making and taking kefir.
