Dear listmates, When I write to companies requesting gluten-free products, I
will ask "what safeguards are put in place to ensure that "gluten-free"
products are not cross-contaminated with gluten used in production of other
products?  I am thankful for forwarded responses from companies regarding
their gluten-free products;  However, is this question a concern for most of
you in contacting these companies as it is for me?
