Thanks to all those who responded. There were so many responses which most of them didn't necessarily have a comment on taking your own dough to Pizza Hut. Very few people had a comment on the tortillas. See the following summary:
****Out of the people who commented about taking your own dough:
8 did not recommend due to contamination
1 said they had taken may pizza places and never had a problem and requested they slide into oven on aluminum foil to avoid contamination.
****There were lots of people who suggested the Chebe's bread (www.chebe.com).
Others recommended:
www.madebymona.com
www.glutenfreeda.com
www.carolfenster.com - Has free recipe on the websight.
****Several COOKBOOKS were recommended:
"Cooking Gluten-Free!: A food Lover's Collection of Chef and Family Recipies with out Gluten or Wheat" by Karen Robertson (for pizza) (listmate said she substitutes almond meal/flour for the non-fat dry milk powder)
Bette Hagman's first cookbook (for pizza) as well as her "Gluten Free-Gourmet Baked Breads"
The Gluten Free Kitchen by Roben Ryberg.
Gluten-Free 101, by Carol Fenster
****SOME RECOMMENDED:
Nature's HiLites sold at Whole Foods in Freezer section.
Amy's frozen Pizza
Gtluten-Free Pantry's pizza mix
****TORTILLAS:
1 person - recommended Chebe mix (follow instructions on back divided into 6 balls and flatten with a rolling pin. Heat skillet over medium heat and cook a few minutes on both sides. The cheese you put in it makes it pliable so it doesn't break like corn tortillas.
Several people - recommended using corn tortillas
****I received several recipes that I will send if you contact me.
