I just made my first GF lasagna last week, and it was wonderful. I made it
for company, and nobody could tell the difference! I boiled the noodles
first, and some of them fell apart, but once layered in the dish you
couldn't tell. I used Tinkyada, it is the only one my son will eat. I plan
on making it for my brother when we visit him next month to prove how good
GF foods can be. Good luck!
