Hi (again),
Sorry about talking so much here. I just seem to have endless
questions.
I was working on a recipe (baking) and it called for gluten-free butter
milk. I had been using butter milk for something else...read the side
of the carton and all. Didn't see anything 'I' recognized as 'bad'.
Does buttermilk usually have gluten in it? I am thinking that if
something suggest 'use gf...whatever it is', then there is probably some
out there with gluten in it??? Would this be a good assumption? What
would be in buttermilk that would cause it to be a non-gf item?
