I am a recently diagnosed celiac and have been furiously looking up the gf
status of many of the standard products that I use.  One product I use is
Gaia herbs and their tincture ingredients list grain alcohol, so I was
concerned.  I thought others on this list may be interested in the response
to my inquiry about it, since staff herbalist Mandy Smith says they get lots
of questions.

"Our alchol is gluten free.The alchol is distilled from the fermented mash
to yield the final product, potable alchol. This alcohol does not contain
