My Daughter just gave me this great website.  It translates from English to
many other languages, namely, English to French, Spanish, Portuguese, German,
Norwegian and Italian. and translates back from all but Norwegian.  It also
translates websites in these languages.  For those of us who travel, we can
just write our own concerns about gluten and eating issues and translate it
to the language of choice.  That way we don't need to depend on others for
translations.  I had another website that translated words, but this
translates paragraphs in a blink of an eye. This way the grammar and sentence
structure is accurate.  Those of us with other intolerances can easily make
up slips to give to people in restaurants, as well as the many other benefits
of being able to communicate in another language.  Isn't this technology
