Hello. I am new to this...in the process of having family tested for cd. Have neice and nephew with confirmed cd. I need to find a knowledgable dr to do our biopsies. Additionally, maybe someone can give me an opinion on the likelihood of cd based on these results since the dr we saw said she doubted cd and we should be tested for ibs, etc. The two kids tested as follows: (sarah, joe) Gliadin IgA 6.3, 7.6; Gliadin IgG 56.7, 89.7; Anti-Endomysial IgA IFA both neg.; Human IgA Ttg 5.7, 3.4; Total Serum IgA 108mg/dl, 51 mg/dl. I dont understand how she can think these rule out cd. Can anyone help? Is a biopsy in order. We have some classic symptoms and some that seem unrelated but from my reading it sounds like cd is likely. Thanks for any help. Kate
