The Jackson Area Celiac Support Group is having a
gluten-free pizza party on May 9, 6 p.m., in the private
dining room of the cafeteria at Methodist LeBonheur
Healthcare-Jackson Hospital. Those who bring food
should bring the recipe or ingredients list.
The group is open to anyone who may benefit from a
gluten-free diet, including those with other digestive
disorders, wheat allergy, and autism. Friends and
family members who want to learn also may attend.
