Using cheese as a reference point, the high fat with calcium is probably
allowed because of the D content.  That's pretty high fat... (makes dairy
look appealing) If one has a high fat with a calcium food and makes sure to
include the D, then what?.  I think it's safe to say that sunlight doesn't
apply here?  Oh this is interesting stuff.....   Oliva

point is only that fat, like phytic acid, acts as an antinutrient
under some conditions.
