I would read this as "the amount of omega 6 divided by the amount of omega
3 is equal to 0.24."

if the number is lower than 1, then it doesn't have as much omega 6 as
omega 3, which is good

if the number is greater than 1, then it has more omega 6 than omega 3,
which is bad
