Your questions

Can some one tell me if the
voyce chip reads the tone frequencies as well as the frequency. What els
does the voyce chip read.

A Doued not read ttone frequencies. You should probably have sighted help to
set up in memories. Reads menu nymbers

Do you find the rig easy to use?

A Yes we have several blind members using it

What are the problems.

A There are some but largely they are the problems with every modern rig.
There are too many bells and whistls

And is there something better.

A not to our knowledge. Kenwood are the only mobile with speech
