I have another problem with my new hardware, but this has to do with
finding a part. I added a Sony SDT-11000 DDS4 tape drive so I can backup
the new 160G hard drive setup! The problem is that the tape drive
(internal) came with a black bezel, while my system is white (cream or
beige or whatever the color is). Sony told me that I needed to buy the
KIT-5S1W4 mounting kit to get the bezel. However, I can't find the item
in stock anywhere - and Sony does not sell them direct.

All I need is the 5.25 beige bezel. Can anyone help me with a source?
Perhaps someone replaced a beige with a black bezel and has one left
over. Anyone want to trade? Any help will be appreciated. I have tried
every phone number that Sony has, as well as their e-mail support with
no success. Google search comes up with lots of hits, but nobody
actually has seen the product!
