In my case, although HDL eventually went up somewhat, LDL went up *much*
more, so these ratios got "worse." But TG went way down, so the TG/HDL
ratio improved substantially. So I guess it depends on which ratio, if
any, you think is important. I'm gambling that if any of this matters,
it's TG/HDL.
