How many thousands of so-called "nutrition experts" are there, who don't know
the first thing about human physiology?

Insulin is required in order for the human body to grow tissue of any sort.

Diabetics (type 1), ie people who don't manufacture insulin, die of starvation
- no matter how many thousands of calories they eat every meal.

I have never seen one nutrition expert on TV or print, say anything that could
not be answered every time by "And what about insulin resistance?".
