Hi Charlotte,
I can't stay on it perfectly either all the time but even so it has made a
huge difference in my assorted symptoms. It's better to do the best you can
and not beat yourself up over it like I tend to do.
My weakness is when my four soon-to-be step-children come every other
weekend and their father won't change their diet. He wants them to be happy
while they're with us and if he can at least control the food to eliminate
that much more whining and complaining, the better! They eat the typical
SAD diet and it's hard not to eat a little bite (just a little!) here and
there along with them, mac&cheese, chips, etc.

I don't drink milk anymore but I do have a little cream in my coffee (one
cup) each morning and maybe some cheese once or twice a week.
I'd like to be perfect but when you consider where I've been in the past
(SAD, vegetarian) I do pretty darn good.
