Exactly! Worse yet, most DOCTORS have no clue as to the finer details and
won't go beyond 40/30/30.

Meanwhile, I'm going on a bet of sorts with the athletic trainer of a friend
of mine named Elsa. She told him about what I do to lose weight - calories
mostly from fat with a mere 8 oz. of protein a day and low carbs - and he
thinks I'm NUTS. He and Elsa were already planning to do a stringent high
protein, moderate carb and low fat regime to see how much they can lose in
six weeks: he asked her to ask me to enter this contest so he can prove
himself right and me wrong. HA! I'm gonna rock this man's world! He's
your typical "expert" who does recommend lower carbs but still promotes
oats, rice, etc., high protein and low fat. I cannot WAIT to make him eat
crow. Mmmmwa ha ha ha ha!

P.S. It starts on August first so wish me luck!
