Michael,
I found a few years back that improving oneself can lend to envy in those
around us. You will fast find who your friends are. Most of us are in pain
if we eat grain products. You'll learn more and more which foods are not
acceptable to you. Glad to hear your results. Each improvement is an
improvement for all of us in the way of validation. Oliva

 I have lost 35
lbs. My blood presure has decreased, resting heart rate has decreased,
energy level has increased and my knees don't hurt. Funny thing is that if
I eat a wheat or grain product my knees start to hurt.

As I am new to the list I aplogize if this is not the type of post to be
made but I had to share my results with someone.

Michael
