Going paleo does not mean that one is automatically totally gluten-free.
Gluten is everywhere. And if one is a celiac and they remove gluten, most
of the time they become more sensitive to gluten. And small amounts cause
more problems then they did before.
My problem is with your insistence in your orginal quote:
