they are sure to be only because they are wrong. paleo man did not eat lean
meat, he ate fatty meat and all the fat he could find. he did not any modern
vegetables because they didn't exist then. he did not have access to fruits
for more than a few months of he year. he did not take flax oil or eat flax
seeds. The only thing they are right about is avoiding grains, although in
one interview cordain suggests most people do well on 2-3 servings of grains
a day!
