pasteurisation kills the healthy bacteria, allowing unhealthy bacteria to
proliferate. the claims of risks of leukemia, tuberculosis etc seem to be
greatly exaggerated.  if you can provide stats otherwise then by all means.
but from the research i did about a year ago i concluded i had more chance
of being hit by a car.
