Other's on the list here in Eastern North America have said the same
thing--too darn hot!!!  I'm big on fishing, but I've seldom been out this
year because of the feat and humidity.  The fish are dying too, because the
"fresh" waterways (lakes and rivers) are getting too hot for the fish.  We
haven't had much rain either--that means low oxygen levels in the water.
One thing we have had is mosquitos carrying the "West Nile" virus.  Nasty
little bug that mimics menengitis.  By the time the docs figure out what's
going on, you're already dead.

I like warm weather, but this is silly!

And re. trading temps, oooooh yeah, bring it ON!!!  I'm flippin'
freezing all me bits and pieces off here - I'm just one gigantic
muscle spasm at the moment - even with taking the
mag. supps. religiously.  Can't go to sleep till my feet are
defrosted/toasty warm, even with 3 pairs of socks and flannelette
sheets this takes a while, then..... just when I'm about to drop off,
bladder kicks in and by the time I get back from the loo, my tootsies
are ice-blocks again, and the cycle keeps going all night. (and I
can't RIDE a bike...)
