Hi, list:
Henry's (a local natural foods market) is hosting a wellness fair Saturday,
November 2 in San Diego (Scottish Rite Center in Mission Valley).  There
will be several excellent speakers, as well as cooking demonstrations, and
vendors with a variety of products and services.

I'll be doing a wheat-free/gluten-free cooking demonstration, as well as
presentation on gluten intolerance (celiac disease), the gluten-sensitivity
spectrum, and learning to live -- and love -- the gluten-free lifestyle.
The fair is an all-day event; my demo and presentation is 9 a.m. - 10 a.m.
